SNAPBOARD

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-19 (draft)

Draft, not yet reviewed

This page is a working draft prepared for the HighLevel Marketplace submission. It has not been reviewed by the owner's legal counsel and must not be relied on, published externally, or cited in a live submission until that review is complete.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Snapboard Toolkit, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION]. By installing or using Snapboard Toolkit, including through the HighLevel Marketplace, you agree to these terms.

What Snapboard Toolkit does

Snapboard Toolkit customizes the appearance and navigation of your HighLevel sub-accounts. It does this by injecting CSS and JavaScript into the HighLevel product interface that your team and your sub-account users load in their browser: recoloring and rebranding the interface, editing the sidebar and navigation menu, and applying presentation and behavior rules you configure (showing, hiding, renaming, or restyling elements). You control what is applied through Theme Builder, and you can disable it for a location at any time using the kill switch in the install screen.

Not affiliated with HighLevel

HighLevel (operated by GoHighLevel LLC) is a third-party platform. Snapboard Toolkit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel. "HighLevel" and any related marks belong to their respective owner. Your use of HighLevel itself is governed by HighLevel's own terms, separate from these.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Snapboard Toolkit to:

  • Apply customizations intended to mislead your sub-account users about who operates their HighLevel account or what data is being collected;
  • Attempt to access another agency's account, sub-accounts, or configuration;
  • Circumvent, probe, or overload the application or HighLevel's API beyond documented, intended use;
  • Reverse engineer the service in order to build a competing product from it; or
  • Use the service in a way that violates HighLevel's own Marketplace or platform policies.

Your account and credentials

You are responsible for the HighLevel credentials you connect and for the actions taken by users you grant access to your Snapboard account. We store your connected HighLevel credential encrypted at rest and never display it in full; see our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a sub-account at any time, which revokes our ability to act on it going forward.

Fees

Subscription fees for Snapboard Toolkit are billed outside HighLevel, under separate terms provided at signup: [BILLING TERMS / LINK TO SEPARATE BILLING AGREEMENT]. Some functionality may cause HighLevel itself to bill your sub-account directly for platform usage (for example, HighLevel's own per-execution charges on workflow features, where applicable); those charges are HighLevel's, not ours, and are disclosed where the relevant feature is configured.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Snapboard Toolkit available and working as documented, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, add to, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapboard Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from changes to HighLevel's own platform, interface, or API that affect how our customizations render. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the [LIABILITY CAP PERIOD, e.g. 3 months] preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Snapboard Toolkit and disconnect your sub-accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by HighLevel's own policies, or if your account is inactive or unpaid for an extended period. On termination, we stop applying new customizations to your sub-accounts; previously published theme changes remain in place in HighLevel until you or HighLevel remove them, since HighLevel, not us, serves the final rendered interface.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
